Lovely apartment, some finer details need sorting, though that didn’t stop us having a good weekend. Positive: The property was lovely inside, it has been well decorated. It was warm and the kitchen well kitted out. The beds were comfortable and we all had a good weekend. Negative: There was some small issues - the WiFi and TV not working - we did not have bed linen to make up the extra sofa beds; just the bedding.

Big comfy apartment Positive: Good location. Walking distance to Bullring. The apartment is very big with nice interior and complete kitchen appliances such as microwave, oven, pots and pans. The master room has an en-suite bathroom. Negative: It would nice to have a manual or notes for customer who just checked in. There were no instructions for WiFi, I could not find the hair dryer etc. when I messaged the property management, the staff insisted that the hair dryer is there but I could not find it. The staff even asked to look carefully including the storage area. The staff said that they will send one immediately but no follow up after that. Since the apartment can fit 6 people , it would have been nice if there is a bigger dining table. There was only a small high counter that sit 2 people. Also as a nice welcoming gesture, there should be some tea and coffee available. The second bathroom does not have hand soap and when I contacted the property management, they said no refill and that I can go buy then claim back. The cleaning team should make sure that everything available before a customer check in. If I inform there is none, you should send it over instead of asking me to buy.
